Henbury: c.14 Brambling still in trees at Moorgrove Wood, some singing, the birds not the trees. A Treecreeper here also (B Lancastle).
Bedminster: a female Pied Flycatcher at Victoria park today (RM Andrews), our 4th record in Avon this month so far.

NP-NW: 2 Wigeon, 22 Redshank, 6 Swallow, 3 Wheatear, 4 Sedge Warbler, 2 Reed Warbler, 1 Whitethroat, 6 Chiffchaff and at least 5 Raven.
Severn Beach: 9 Oystercatcher, 55 Curlew, singles of Wheatear and Whitethroat. At the orchard pools, 2 Little Grebe, 3 Tufted Duck, 1 Reed Warbler and 2 Sedge Warbler.

PORTBURY DOCK:
1 Common Sandpiper, 1 male Redstart, 2 Grasshopper Warbler and a Sedge Warbler (S Hale).

Not much at the pools except for a Green Sandpiper new in. For the record, the Canada Goose on the island started sitting on 6 April....
Elsewhere around the reserve of note, 1 Barn Owl, 1 Little Owl, a White Wagtail (island) and 1 Cetti's Warbler. Increasing numbers of Whitethroats and Reed Warblers arriving. (combined reports, S Hale, H Parsons).
BARROW TANKS:
6 Shelduck, 5 Common Sandpiper, 12 Sand Martin and 1 White Wagtail of note (CJ Stone).
