OLDBURY POWER STATION:
48 Shelduck, 8 Oystercatcher, 18 Ringed Plover, 2 Grey Plover, 14 Dunlin, a Ruff, 46 Bar-tailed Godwit, 43 Whimbrel, 8 Swift, 2 Sand Martin and 2 Wheatear (A Middleton).
A Hoopoe also reported by the lagoons.
SEVERNSIDE: per severnsidebirds, J Martin, final tally:
Severn Beach: 20 Ringed Plover, 1 Grey Plover, 1 Sanderling, 33 Knot, a Sanderling, 50 Dunlin, 220 Bar-tailed Godwit, a Curlew, 21 Whimbrel, 2 Arctic Skua, 22 BH Gull, 4 Black Tern, just 350 Arctic Tern, 7 Common Tern, a Wheatear and 2 Yellow Wagtail.

PILNING:
A Harrier sp over the M48 mid-morning, considered to be Hen (A Chard). As the observer was doing 60+ mph at the time, we're not expecting a photo to be forthcoming....
PORTISHEAD:
Dawn-yawn seawatch to 8.15am: just 50+ Commic Tern upriver and c.130 Swallow. No sign of the Purple Sandpipers this morning. (S Hale).
CLEVEDON COAST:
Ladye bay: 5 Arctic Skua and 60 Commic Tern upchannel 3.30pm (R Hunt).
CHEW VALLEY LAKE:
1 Little Gull, 16 Black Tern and a Cuckoo early am (S Davies).
